YOU MAY PURCHASE ADDITIONAL HOURS FOR $50 PER HOUR. 

CLEANING

We will provide the deep cleaning, just make sure to leave the space as you found it and we will clean the rest.

TABLES AND CHAIRS

Tables and chairs are included in your rental. See our FAQs for details on the tables and chairs.

TRASH

We ask you take your trash with you. Especially the food and drink related trash. If you have no place to go with your trash we will allow use of our dumpster for a $50 fee. We just ask you place it in the dumpster yourself.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

We take a $50 Security Deposit on top of the amount for the rental, before the day of your rental. It it refunded to you when the event is over and we can confirm property is not destroyed.
