WHAT FURNITURE IS INCLUDED?
We have 6 round tables set up with 50 white chairs
3 rectangular wood tables with 12 black metal chairs
We also have hand crafted wood tables for buffet set up, dessert table, gifts table or whatever else you might use them for.
We also have a comfortable seating area complete with sofas and chairs... as depicted in the images on this page
Larger Parties? While the space is usually set up for a comfortable 50-60 guests, reconfiguring the layout can allow for more people, so please feel free to contact us if your party will be larger, we can work with you to accommodate.

WHAT ELSE IS INCLUDED?
We have two bathrooms that meet ADA compliance.
The space is climate controlled.
There is a large three bay sink and a hand washing sink.
While street parking is available, we also have a parking lot behind the event space and an additional parking lot a block away from the event space. Please see our parking map for a better reference.
